Welcome to the first episode on "My Entrepreneur Diaries" podcast! I'm so excited to be starting this new project and to be able to share my entrepreneurship journey with you. This is only an introductory episode, so I hope to talk to you in my next one! Hi! I’m Iris, a serial entrepreneur, writer, content marketing expert and a cozy-vibes-maker dedicated to helping you create the life you most want. I teach new and aspiring entrepreneurs build their influence and grow their businesses by leveraging the power of content creation and building an engaged audience. I started my first business 3 years ago after deciding I needed a change in my life. I took the leap and went all in for an idea that day by day was more and more present in my mind. I had no idea what I was doing, and I never had considered starting my own business (I was a med-school drop-out!), but I’m so glad I did. I spent so many years looking for my passion & dream job, without knowing it didn’t exist yet. I had to create it myself. After months of thinking about it, I found the courage to quit my comfortable job and become a full-time content creator, and with the money I had saved, I started my online store. I was recording and editing YouTube videos while trying to get my business off the ground and juggling part-time jobs. Not gonna lie, it wasn’t easy or glamourous, but something in me told me I had to persist. After months of grinding, trial-and-error and sleepless nights trying to figure out how to make everything work, I began to attract and grow my ideal audience and turn them into thousands and thousand of leads. Now, I’ve built an audience of 200k+ followers across platforms and I’m able to sell my products and programs to the right people while I continuously generate free and organic leads through my content.
