When people hear your words, their brain perceive and receive it as SYMBOLS or PICTURES. They ponder or think over what you said in symbols. Their thinking is colored by one; what they converted from your words, two; the previous knowledge and experiences they have stored in their brain on the topic you introduced, three; their emotions and balances and four; their ego. They process these and formulate a feedback which also comes in symbols or pictures which they have to convert to words or actions. All these happen in seconds! Sometimes faults come because people are not intentional in communicating or because people have inadequate experiences and knowledge store of events and topics.
