For the first time ever, we were able to sit down with a NEXGEN Alum to discuss life after NEXGEN. Molly Grimm is the Special Events Manager for Junior Achievement Kentuckiana and a member of the NEXGEN Class of 2017.  Molly brings a fresh perspective to the show to discuss the importance of intergenerational communications, what the next generation of leaders struggles with, and her own leadership journey. Molly is also paying it forward by being a part of our NEXGEN planning committee!  So very happy to have her on the show and back into the Leadership SI fold.
