In this episode, Kate and I share with you one of our favorite little tricks called the 3% rule. And it's a way of framing a conversation.You could be about to share something really difficult and you start like this. "Hey, I have a 3% I would like to share, and that means that a part of me feels this way, not all of me just a tiny little 3%." But if that 3% is not taken care of it can grow and before you know it, it could take over your whole relationship, and all you have is a bunch of rubbish, so let's take care of the little weeds before they grow into big plants.
