A Mother’s Day Moment

Katie and Regina have a Mother’s Day moment. But WAIT - you, there...the one WITHOUT children. This one is for you. On this episode of Fruits of Our Labor, the girls get vulnerable and discuss the spectrum of emotions and associations many women have with Mother’s Day.

Episode 3: Conflict

Katie and Regina are NOT fighting. Or are we? Is a conflict a fight? Recognizing conflict might be the scariest step, but it’s what happened recently to your co-hosts and the girls took it as a chance to dive deep into the awkward, avoidant, angst filled relationship many of us have with conflict.

Episode 2: Boredom

The girls explore different understandings of, reactions to, and effects of boredom. Katie wonders how long she would need to be bored before inducing electrical shock. Regina works on creating enough quiet space in her day to develop an autobiographical inventory. They hope to entertain you with this information but if you find yourself getting bored, never fear- There are benefits to boredom!

Episode 1: Meet the Girls

In this episode the girls introduce themselves by sharing their history, their strengths and weaknesses as well as their love for Brene Brown. Highlights include Regina saving Katie’s life, Katie saving Regina's first impression at freshman orientation, one revealing she judges everyone, and another revealing her biggest fear in life is people not liking her. They also spend some necessary time discussing the big sick, face mask wearing white elephant in the room: Covid-19!
