That’s not random. That’s the nervous system completing a cycle we humans almost never finish. In this episode, Megan breaks down what she learned about animals like possums using the freeze response to survive — playing dead when they can’t escape — and the full-body shake that follows once the threat passes. That shaking releases the trauma and resets their nervous system before they move on with their day. Then she brings it home: we go through fight, flight, or freeze too, but instead of completing the cycle, we go straight back to work, to our kids, to our inbox. The trauma doesn’t have anywhere to go — it gets stored in the fascia. Megan shares from a recent live breathwork and somatic session in The GLIMPSE Collective, talks about how childhood trauma we don’t even consciously remember still shapes our adult responses, and connects it all to Soul Sparks — the Kabbalah-rooted practice of noticing when the same painful pattern keeps looping in your life, and choosing to look inward instead of blaming the person or situation in front of you. She also gets personal, tracing her own recurring “I don’t matter” pattern back to being ignored by her older brother — and models exactly what it looks like to do this work in real time. •The animal freeze response and why the shake matters •How trauma gets stored in the fascia •Bottom-up therapy vs. top-down (working the body, not just the mind) •Childhood trauma we don’t consciously remember •Soul Sparks: the next 3 weeks are a powerful window for this •Megan’s personal “I don’t matter” pattern and where it started •Practices: shaking, pillow work, rage rooms, somatic work, breathwork •The caution: processing vs. getting stuck in the loop •Tying it back to Equanimity — the E in the GLIMPSE Method Join Megan live: The GLIMPSE Collective on Skool — weekly-ish live breathwork and somatic sessions.

Announcing 28-Day Home Girl Walk Challenge, by GLIMPSE

Send us Fan Mail [https://www.buzzsprout.com/2598458/fan_mail/new] What if the simplest thing you do all day became the thing that changes everything? In this episode, Megan shares the story behind “Manifest Island” — her daily practice of walking laps around her kitchen island while manifesting, thinking, and just being. What started as something she was almost embarrassed to admit has turned into a source of real joy, clarity, and grounding. Megan talks about how a $50 step-tracking ring sparked the habit, how she hits 10,000+ steps without ever leaving her house, and why this simple practice has become just as much about mental and spiritual space as physical movement. She also shares big news: she’s building a brand-new 28-day guided walking meditation challenge called the Home Girl Walk Challenge, woven through her GLIMPSE Method (Grounding, Love & Gratitude, Inspiration, Manifestation, Play, Surrender, Equanimity). If you’ve been wanting to move your body but struggle to get outside — because of weather, time, or just life — this episode is your invitation to do it differently, right in your own home. In this episode: •The origin of “Manifest Island” and why Megan almost didn’t share it •How walking indoors became a full mind-body-spirit practice •A first look at the Home Girl Walk Challenge — 28 days, 20-minute guided meditations, rooted in GLIMPSE •How to get on the list to hear more when doors open Connect with Megan: Head to glimpselove.com and send a note if you want to be the first to know when the Home Girl Walk Challenge opens. episode Healing & Wholeness: A Sunday Snack for your Soul + Breathwork and weekly anchor cover

Healing & Wholeness: A Sunday Snack for your Soul + Breathwork and weekly anchor

Send us Fan Mail [https://www.buzzsprout.com/2598458/fan_mail/new] This week’s energy is all about healing and wholeness — and coming back to yourself. We live in a world that constantly pulls us to compartmentalize: family here, work there, health in one box, friendships in another. But you are not a collection of separate parts, queen. You are a whole, holy being — and this week’s energy is inviting you to live like it. In this episode we explore: •Why compartmentalizing your life is unsustainable and what integration actually looks like •How to stop letting other people’s moods, words, and actions determine how you show up •Shifting your perspective on challenges — from spiritual regression to spiritual growth •Looking to your creator and within yourself as your true source of light Then we close with a 5-minute guided breathwork session to anchor this week’s energy in your body. You’ll leave with a simple somatic anchor — hand on heart — and a mantra to return to all week long: “I look within. I look to my creator. I am steadfast.” Your anchor for the week: Whole. Held. Home. 🤍 🌟 Join The GLIMPSE Collective — our community for weekly breathwork, live sessions, and your next level:  https://www.skool.com/glimpse-collective- [https://www.skool.com/glimpse-collective-8427/about]
