Autoethnography involves using personal experiences to describe and critique cultural beliefs, practices, and experiences. Pain can be part of your healing process. Addressing your pain will be uncomfortable and challenging, but it's an important factor in your healing journey. Trigger, and what are triggers? Triggers are sensory reminders that cause painful memories are certain symptoms to resurface.
