Morning Mantra: "When you let things slide to 'keep the peace' around you, make sure you are not ignoring the peace within you." Keeping the peace does not mean keeping secrets, walking on eggshells, pretending things are healthy when they are not, ignoring their poor choices, tip toeing around the truth, or making yourself small. Agreeing to things just to keep the peace is actually a trauma response. Learning to Trust

Sometimes we feel like we need to force a decision. That life is handing us options and we need to DO something NOW.  But, that is just your anxiety talking.  Anxiety created by fear of the unknown.   When this happens, slow down and trust. Trust yourself.  Trust your inner voice.  Trust that you have what it takes when it's time.  Trust that you can do what you need to do. Trust that you can wait until it's time. A bird on a branch is not afraid of the branch breaking, because her trust is not on the branch, but on her own wings. Let your trust be stronger than your doubt. Do It Now

Generally speaking, now is as good a time as any. Too many people go through life waiting for things to happen instead of making them happen.  But action creates motivation. Action creates a plan. Time is a valuable commodity and it waits for no one. So start.  Just start. Begin by thinking, what can you do today to improve the chances?  Is it more money? More time? Overcoming fear? Whatever it is, start today in overcoming it. Finding Your Rhythm
