In this episode we are very excited to welcome Chaz Lovemore, our very first man-guest! Chaz is a sound engineer and father of 8. Through Lovemore Lamaze, Chaz offers workshops that educate men on how to advocate for themselves, their partners and their babies during the birthing process. Chaz talks with us about what he's learned about pregnancy and birth, how he protects his family during the postpartum period, and how steaming helped Piper after the birth of their most recent child, Seven.

For Episode 8 we interviewed master educator, water protector, language keeper and birth worker Kimimila Locke! Kimimila talks with us about her own steaming practice, the maternal health issues in Native communities, and her vision for the future of birth work in Lakota country.
