Meditations for Inner Peace

When you tried hard enough. And so you did. You tried and tried. And the trying became the only safe way to be. This 10-minute inner child healing meditation takes you back — gently, safely — to meet that part of you. To sit beside them. And to offer them, clearly and warmly, the thing they most needed to hear: you were always enough. Exactly as you were. The session ends with five affirmations rooted in that same truth — including one worth saying twice: I am enough without the performance.
