episode Christ’s Triumph - Colossians 2:13-15 cover

Beskrivelse

In this sermon from Colossians 2:13–15, we see the glorious victory of Christ at the cross. Though we were dead in our trespasses and separated from God, God made us alive together with Christ, forgiving all our sins and cancelling the record of debt that stood against us. Through His death and resurrection, Jesus not only paid our debt but also disarmed the rulers and authorities, putting Satan and the powers of darkness to open shame. Because Christ has triumphed, Christians do not need to live under condemnation, fear, or the lies of the enemy. Our hope is not in our ability to measure up, but in the finished work of Jesus. When we feel weak, guilty, or distant from God, we are called to look to the cross, run to Christ, and rest in His victory.
