A new season of life calls for a new season of the podcast! It's been almost a year since we've spoken last and what a year it has been. In this episode, I touch on both the joys and challenges of life one year post college graduation. My Commencement Speech

About three years ago I decided that, when the time came, I was going to submit a speech to be the Student Commencement Speaker at my college graduation. I ended up making it to the final round, however, I was not chosen to be the student speaker. Nonetheless, I am very proud of what I wrote and would love for people to have the chance to listen! My hope is that you can relate to parts of, if not all, of this speech and find some type of comfort in it! Please keep in mind that this speech was written to be said in front of 5,000+ people and not through phone speakers, so please bare with me during some parts! An Open Letter to 2023

It’s a new year but I am still the same me! In this week’s episode, I recap the past year, discuss some of the valuable lessons that I learned, and talk all about what 2023 has in store. Big things are coming this year - from graduating college, to spending my summer studying, and starting my professional career – I very simply do not know how to deal with all of this! It's Not About You

Trying not to internalize how other people treat you is really hard! In this week's episode, I talk all about the feelings I struggled with after losing people in my life. Whether it be a significant other, friend, family member, etc., watching how people move on can sometimes lead to a lot of insecurity. Listen in to hear how coming to terms with the quote, "it's not about you", has greatly impacted my feelings towards others and how I've moved forward with this new mindset! I hope you enjoy!
