Yea I said it, and you probably did too several times. This time actually do it! Use the personal day, allow the friend/family member that always offers to take care of the baby while you have a night, exercise the balance you need to be the best you. Community is everything but you cannot contirbute or even enjoy your people if you do not enjoy and take care of the person who shows up (Yup that's you!) Let's talk about how its bigger than a "date", it's whatever it looks like for you!

Discomfort & Fear are the Feelings that start Success

We hear it all the time that when one feels uncomfortable there is Growth happening and the unfamiliarity of this feeling will one day become what we needed to do to achieve what we wanted to do.
