Weight loss isn’t gonna come without a huge toll.

I’m feeling the pain and the burn. This is gonna take a lot of will power on my part but I have every intention of following through and making my target within the next 6 to 8 months. Thanks for listening.

Ok. I’m back to the gym and trying to buy 40kg or so in the next 6 to 8 months. It’s gonna get painful.
