It’s important to communicate with each and really make an honest effort to do it well. However, if you have done all that you can be communicate clearly and objectively... my friend you’ve done all that you can do. You cannot control the perception, receipt, and results of the communication by the receiver.

Overthinking = Over Planning = Less Results

If you are a planner personality type, this is for you. Stop planning so tightly rather focus on your execution..

Selfish is a good thing!

We all need to reacquaint ourselves on being selfish, but there’s a way to do it without hurting others or more importantly yourself. Be intentional in your actions and you will never have to explain your movements.
