Rat issue in council house - Karen’s story

Andrea’s is another tenant in a council house. Karen has been living in her house for the last 23 years. The home has many structural issues, which makes it impossible to live in. There has been an issue with rats and despite all Karen’s reports, she feels she is being ignored… She joins to share her story.

As temperatures soar across the country, many people are applying their suncream and taking to the water for sea swims. While all of this is very much welcome, we must also be mindful of how to look after ourselves in the sunshine.
