To procreate is understood to mean reproduce or make babies, But after the child is born how you raise that child will determine the direction of that child's life. Noun. procreator (plural procreators) One who procreates; a father or mother. (figuratively) One who originates or creates something. Procreate;  propagate: reproduce. procreation.
