Meditating With Poo
In Episode 1, Get That Stress Up Off You, Poo goes into the many ways that we experience stress in our daily lives. He discussed the many roles we have to play in our human experience. Poo looks to understand more deeply as to why the Black Culture is not typically into meditation and further explains why we should be implementing meditation into our daily lives. He explains the benefits of meditations and how it is truly an antidote to stress.
