Just a chat between friends

In this episode, Ash & Matt chat about a variety of topics on the day before ID4. We talk about random movies, excitement for Stranger Things 3 (it was not out yet when we recorded this!), the Mission Impossible franchise, and more. We also discuss how we handle anxiety attacks, and how Matt is learning to cope with depression. He also discusses why he had to step away from major social media platforms for good, and goes into more detail about possibly moving Mental Geek interaction away from social media in the future & why it's important. The Constant Gardener (the human, not the book/movie)

This week we are joined by Ash's wife, Heather. She chats with us about being a teacher, mother, and her love of gardening. We discuss mental health for not only herself, but how they handle it as parents, how she handles it as a teacher, and more. We also learn about how she met Ash, and also how peeing is good for composting.
