In this episode, Ash & Matt chat about a variety of topics on the day before ID4. The Constant Gardener (the human, not the book/movie)

This week we are joined by Ash's wife, Heather. She chats with us about being a teacher, mother, and her love of gardening. We discuss mental health for not only herself, but how they handle it as parents, how she handles it as a teacher, and more. We also learn about how she met Ash, and also how peeing is good for composting.
