into the present

i found myself being very confused in the morning, it took me out of my rhythm and i needed to step out in to nature. once there i could freely communicate & connect with myself , stepping into the present again  may you find something to use in my journey <3

often we remember to observe ourselves, analysing what we're doing and learning from how we do it.  i always find a goofy self after observing the 'chaos' i put myself in. have a nice day <3

visualization of the overload

in this episode of mind unraveled i caught myself feeling an overload of unanswered questions & emotions, not prioritising what is good for me.  by talking about what it is that is unanswered i was able to visualise what it is that needed to come out.  ------ in this recording i mention sharing my rituals and practises with you, if you are interested feel free to reach out personally.  sending much love, kevin 🌹

the authentic self is the artist

hello human, I'm sending you positive vibrations, may the energy of me sharing this, initiate the communication between you. ---- woken up by the sunrise of new york city , i strongly felt the urge to write music, so i did.  but after some time being in my creative headspace, a thought of mine gently started to enter the space, one of those who refused to become my friend and will keep bothering on it's own time... but, i speak about it, and i share one of my dreams of me being a singer/songwriter/artist, to believe and be my me, my authentic self, the artist  listen to how i unravel my mind about my insecurities, and find clarity. love always, kevin de roos 🌹
