Greater Baton Rouge Economic Partnership Focuses on Jobs, Growth and Collaboration

State Rep. House rules allowed him to introduce five bills. All five passed and were signed into law.

Sullivan Theater Expands Arts and Economic Growth in Central

Freneaux shared how the nonprofit Central Cultural Foundation spent years building support for the arts before launching Sullivan Theater in 2023. The theater is now in its fourth season and produces nine shows annually.
