Motivation with Jon Andersen
Jon Andersen explains that many people misunderstand dosing with peptides, PEDs, TRT, and even nutrition: taking more or adding more compounds rarely speeds results and often creates diminishing returns, confusion, side effects, wasted money, and frustration. Using protein intake as an analogy, he argues the body can only use so much at a time, so consistency at the right “sweet spot” matters more than escalating amounts. He describes peptides as messaging molecules where excessive dosing “distorts” the signal, and too many peptides at once can become competing “voices” the body can’t decode. He also notes testosterone has a point beyond which more provides no additional benefit.
