Beskrivelse

When we live our life in autopilot, we typically are not intentional with our time. We rush from one thing to the next without realizing that it's draining us of our energy. We forget to make time for us. We forget to make time for rest or movement. We forget to make time for the things that we enjoy. In this episode, I give you tips and tools for finding what fills your cup.

Mental Health and Relationships with Natalie Kraus

In this episode I have a very important conversation with my sweet friend, Natalie Kraus. This podcast was recorded for her podcast Here For More. Go check it out! **TW: Suicidal Thoughts Natalie and I chat about how to support your partner, friends, or family if they are struggling with their mental health. I talk openly about my anxiety and depression and how Hank has been extremely supportive during the process. It's important to know that your partner cannot be your therapist and it's important to seek help from a therapist or a coach to help you process what you are going through. This pandemic has opened up wounds and made us look at ourselves in a way we may never have before. I hope this episode makes you feel a little less alone and gives you some tools to better communicate in your relationships when it comes to mental health. So grateful for Natalie's friendship and for choosing me to have this conversation with her.
