With a degree in Business Management (Marketing) from the University of Warwick, Vidhant embarked on the entrepreneurial journey to modernize India's logistics sector. His initial experience at Monga Roadlines- the family’s logistics business, exposed him to deep-rooted inefficiencies in vehicle hiring. The firsthand exposure inspired him to implement a Transportation Management System (TMS) to optimize operations. Determined to tackle unfair industry practices like ‘Kundi,’ which led to significant profit losses, he leveraged his expertise in digital marketing—gained through his venture Join the Dots Adways—to establish Tender Truck. The platform is designed to revolutionize secondary truck hiring, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and fairness in an industry ripe for innovation. Despite the challenges of technology development amid the COVID-19 pandemic, his passion for disruption and transformation has remained unwavering.

He started his career in IT in 2012 with Bank of America in India. Over the years, he has built strong expertise in network engineering and cybersecurity, supporting enterprise environments including his current role as a Network Engineer. Mohammed Zubair Ahmed - Networking Specialist

He began his networking career in 2013, focusing on enterprise network design, security, and infrastructure. In 2021, He moved to the U.S. to pursue a Master’s in Computer Science and began supporting large-scale clients through hands-on roles. From 2021 to 2025, he worked with major organizations like Mizuho, Ultragenyx, and Dtarform, gaining deep experience across Cisco ACI, SD-WAN, firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet), and cloud networking on Azure and AWS. During this time, he completed his master’s degree while managing complex projects involving cloud migrations, automation using Ansible/Python, and zero-trust integrations with Zscaler and Cisco ISE. He is passionate about building secure, high-performance networks and continuously evolving with the latest technologies to support business growth.
