In this episode I speak with Malcolm Combe, senior lecturer at the University of Strathclyde in Scotland. In our conversation we try to explore legal characterization of tenancies, as well as their after effects in relation to receiving wrong-termination orders and compensation as well as in relation to returning deposits.
