The mystery of man #1 Do you love yourself?

Do you love yourself? Modern society often promotes self-hatred in many aspects of life. As a result, many people, including Christians, struggle with self-love. "Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength. The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no commandment greater than these.” (Mark 12:30-31) But if I cannot love myself, how can I love my God and my neighbor while harboring self-hatred?

Tazria, 3. Mos. 12:1-13:59 Nach der Geburt eines Kindes musste eine Frau dem HERRN ein Brandopfer und ein Sündopfer darbringen (Levitikus 12:6). Das Sündopfer scheint verwirrend zu sein. Hatte die Frau gesündigt, indem sie ein Kind bekam? Im Gegenteil, sie erfüllte das Gebot, fruchtbar zu sein und sich zu vermehren. Warum musste sie dann ein Sündopfer bringen?
