In the fifth and final part of the real estate roundtable discussion, the panel of experts get personal and share the biggest mistakes they've made when it comes to their own real estate decisions. The panel also shared their predictions for the real estate market in the coming year. In part four of the real estate roundtable discussion, the panel of experts discussed creative ways in which people are purchasing or staying in their homes. Interior designer Brian Gluckstein shared what he is seeing in the luxury market as well as the transit and infrastructure problems in our city while Rotman professor William Strange and former chief city planner Jennifer Keesmaat allude to potential solutions for the infrastructure problems and transit overcrowding issues.
