Hello everyone!  This episode is very special as we have our first ‘famous’ guest: Mark ‘Mr Embodiment’ Walsh. Mark is the author of several books (Embodiment, Working with the Body in Training and Coaching), founder of The Embodied Facilitator Course, Embodied Yoga Principles, The Embodiment Podcast (1 million+ downloads) and The Embodiment Conference. With an honours degree in psychology, 20+ years of yoga experience and an aikido black belt, he has dedicated his life to embodied learning. Raquel met Mark last year at a workshop and he graciously accepted our invitation to be on the podcast.
