He is an educator, author, and strategy consultant, with a passion for seeing organizations become more successful and sustainable through more effective strategy development and implementation. He drives himself and those around him to always push the envelope, including founding TedX Port of Spain in 2011, in his daily work at the consultancy Covenant Group, and most recently as author of the new book "From Strategy to Action".
