Have a question pertaining to Personal Training?  Want to be a personal trainer and hit a wall on where to go or what to do?  Let's sit down with James Westphal, who has over 30 years experience in the Health and Fitness Industry!  You guys will have the opportunity to hear a lot of questions about the industry, why people are moving towards the industry and what options may be available to people who choose to go into Personal Training.  James has an MS in Exercise Science Health & Promotion Wellness Coaching, an undergrad degree in Health & Human Performance, is a college instructor in Exercise Physiology, Anatomy, Kinesiology and wellness, while also an instructor in becoming a Physical Therapy Assistant.  Being one of the first 1500 Board Certified Health and Wellness Coaches in the US, and a Master Trainer with the NASM, James opens up his encyclopedia and dishes out a nice dose of wisdom and tips for all of you.
