using envy and jealousy to your advantage

In this episode I talk about a recent encounter I had with extreme envy and jealousy. After a long evening of mentally bullying myself I decided that I absolutely hated feeling envious and jealous of other people. I hated feeling like my emotions and thoughts were out of my control. So I did what I also do, I went straight to Google to try and figure out an answer. I realized a few crucial things when it comes to envy and jealous but most importantly I finally understood what I could do to use them to my advantage.
