Sons and Dads

In this episode, the theme is cycling sons and dads. Our guests are youth cyclist age 15 Nathan Morris and Alex his Dad/bike mechanic/soigneur/cycling manager/etc.  We ask them about their relationship and how they navigate this with all the different roles and pressures. I also ask Albie about his own ‘Cycling Dad’. We catch up with the latest races and some of the unexpected drama of the Classics. On The Road Again

The road racing season is well under way and in this episode we talk a bit about the Classics, the Spring races that bring Daffodils and Tulips. Serious race analysis gets binned for history. The Belgium Trip

As the road season begins we say goodbye to the Cyclocross season. We are out and about at Albie's CX racing where he hits some challenges. We also visit Belgium to watch the pros in Namur, with Mathieu van der Poel and Thibau Nys in an epic battle on the stunning hillside of the city's citadel. We also witness the brutal side of Cyclocross... Lucinda Brand dominated the women's race which was hardcore. All in all, we both agree the Winter months wouldn't be the same without the joy of frites and the boss of cross. Hope you enjoy!
