In this episode I speak about THE 20 WEEK SCAN. Kind of going back to the pregnancy stage but I speak about my experience from knowing info on the 12 weeks scan, what questions to ask, what the Doctor can tell etc. Traditionally is the Mother who has much more preparation and knowledge of what to expect but it's important for you to do your research to and know what's going on

Episode 7- It’s time to go hospital

In this episode I speak about IT'S TIME TO GO HOSPITAL. I speak about my experience from packing the car, speed limits, being introduced to our midwife etc. All of this was a new experience for me and I would've loved to have some idea of what to expect (practical stuff). I hope if you listen that it will put you at ease a lil so you can concentrate a lot more on the important stuff like supporting your partner and getting involved!

Episode 6- Supporting your partner during early labour

In this episode I speak about EARLY LABOUR AT HOME. A scary time for everyone involved. It's as if you've reached the beginning of the end and it's a surreal feeling being there. You want to make sure to practice all you've learned and do a good job! I'll go through some things I did and mistakes I made that you can learn from

Episode 5- Play your part! Support through pregnancy

In this episode I speak about SUPPORTING YOUR PARTNER DURING PREGNANCY which can be so beneficial for you and your family. It can be easy to think your not that involved as Baby is inside the mother but you are very much involved and I'll go through fun stuff that you can do as a team.
