Season one we explored the Harmonic Virtues of the Metaphysical Level This is the level of forces which are the foundational elements of physical life and the building blocks of consciousness.  They include the virtues of Vibration, transformation, Love, Karma, polarity and rhythm Season Two we will be exploring Level Two which is the Soul Level. These are aspects and virtues that help to shape our soul and our personality that guides how we move through and interact to the world around us.  The Virtues are wisdom, ego, purpose, mystery, unity, and values.

Integration Episode for The Virtue of Rhythm Part two - The Channeling

In today's episode I'd like to share a channeling I received about Rhythm: When I wrote the prior episode I felt pretty satisfied. I thought that was it because I felt it was a channeling of its own with the inspiration that poured out about the different rhythms in our lives and then I got that channeling.   When tuning into the message I was left with this juicy sense of inspiration that was just beyond my reach with an essence of motion and fluidity, it just made me want more and more. I never know what they are going to say and  I was stunned. I have never thought of rhythm like that and just how intrinsic rhythm is to us. It is very interesting they speak about the rhythm of our heart and our pulse and how that sends out a vibration to connect with the world around us.  The Heart Math Institute is a non profit organization that has been studying what is called "Heart coherence" for the past thirty years. They provide tools and meditations to help tune into this frequency that emanates from the heart. I've heard reports that this frequency can be found up to four feet away from a person.
