For years, I've shown up online sharing my passion for strength training, helping women build confidence in and out of the gym, and encouraging them to pursue their strongest selves. But behind the workouts, the coaching and the business, there's been another journey I've been navigating quietly. In this episode, I'm opening up about my health diagnoses, how they've impacted my life, and some of the challenges I've faced behind the scenes. I'm also sharing my thoughts, fears, and emotions surrounding fertility, motherhood and the uncertainty that can come with not knowing what the future holds. This isn't an episode filled with answers or a perfectly wrapped-up story. It's an honest conversation about navigating unexpected health challenges, managing the emotions that come with them, grieving expectations, holding onto hope and redefining what strength truly means when life doesn't go according to plan. My hope is that by sharing my story, anyone facing their own health struggles, fertility concerns or difficult season of life feels a little less alone.
