Better decisions happen when we slow down emotionally, when we stop needing immediate gratification, when we stop making choices from loneliness, stop ignoring red flags, become disciplined instead of reactive, & we ask ourselves a few hard questions FIRST!Will this create peace or chaos?Am I choosing this from wisdom or emotion?Will future me thank me for this?Am I avoiding discomfort or making a healthy decision?What patterns keep repeating in my life?let's not spend to much time on the consequences of the decisions we've made in the past, but instead move forward from them & through them, boldly!
