In this episode Colin hears about the housing scheme in Appledore, both from the perspective of Peter Reveley, secretary of the Appledore Community Land Trust, and from Karl Hine, Head of Community Housing at Aster who built the homes. A small village nestled on the side of a double estuary in north Devon, Appledore is typical of coastal communities in the South West with high levels of second homes and few opportunities for the younger generation to find somehwere to live locally.
