LFA 116 - Fremd v Valente from Vail, Colorado

LFA 116 was live in Vail, Colorado (of all the crazy places to have MMA) and I had to watch. Tremendous card filled with up and comers - a few of which will see the UFC fairly soon. The main card was a complete bloodbath in the best way possible. Enjoy!
