Big emotions are part of life. Grief. Fear. Anxiety. Guilt. Joy. They all deserve to be acknowledged—not pushed aside or ignored. In this episode, I'm sharing one of the biggest mindset shifts I've ever had after my husband was given six months to live. It's the lesson that changed how I approach difficult seasons, life's biggest celebrations, and everything in between. You don't have to deny your emotions. In fact, I believe you should fully experience them. But there's a difference between feeling them and living in them. Giving yourself permission to have a "Feels Day" doesn't mean you're giving up—it means you're honoring where you are so you can find the strength to keep moving forward.
