8 - These sentences that are making a better person out of me (friendships, work, self love)

Today, I develop some thoughts that I often repeat to myself in order to make my life better. More than helping my relationships and my productivity, I talk about these that help my self appreciation, and that help to create a life that fits me - and not only society’s standards. From the smallest to more philosophically driven ones, these mantras are growing with me through the years, and leaning more and more every day towards creating aspects of me that I am proud of.
