Episode 1: My First Experiences // The Sad Boi Hours Podcast

For the first episode of The Sad Boi Hours Podcast, I dive into my earliest experiences with mental illness. Starting from my junior year of high school 4-5 years ago to a couple months ago.  My name is Derek Wolf and I suffer from mental illness. Anxiety and mood swings specifically.  I am doing this because I want to raise awareness for mental illness, and I want to share my story to not only document it for myself but also maybe help someone out there who is going through something similar.  Also, a warning, please do not use my experiences with mental illness to self-diagnose yourself. Everyone is different and has different experiences. This can lead to panic and intensify a mental illness. A psychiatrist can give you an accurate diagnosis on your condition.
