Beskrivelse

Who is living your life? Not who is paying your bills. Not who raised you. Not who hurt you. Not who loves you. Who is actually livingyour life? Most people immediately answer, "I am." But are you? Or are you livingaccording to a story you never consciously chose? Think about that. Every morning, beforeyour feet even touch the floor, your mind has already begun telling you who you are. It reminds you what you're capable of, what you're afraid of, what peoplethink of you, what might go wrong, and what you should expect from today.

Truth & Freedom Podcast: S 9 Ep 5- Self-Sabotage—When You Become Your Own Biggest Obstacle

What if the greatest obstacle standing between you and the life you want... is not the world around you, but the story you've been telling yourself? Think about that for a moment. Most of us can easily identify the people who have disappointed us. We can point to the circumstancesthat made life difficult. We remember the opportunities we never received, the heartbreaks we endured, the financial struggles we faced, and the moments whenlife simply wasn't fair. But there is one obstacle we rarely recognize because it doesn't look like an obstacle. It looks like us. It speaks in our own voice. It sounds logical. It feels familiar. And because it comes fromwithin, we assume it must be true. Psychologists call it self-sabotage. I call it one of the quietest forms of self-betrayal. Here's what fascinates me. Very few people wake up in the morning and consciously decide to ruin their own happiness. No one says, "Today, I'd like to destroy my confidence, avoid my goals, and stay stuck." Yet every day, millions of people unknowingly do exactly that.

Truth & Freedom Podcast: S 9 Ep 4-The Modern Epidemic of Emotional Disconnection

When was the last time you truly felt seen? Not noticed. Not complimented. Not liked on socialmedia. Not admired for what you do. But genuinely seen... for who you are. There is an extraordinary paradox unfolding in our world today. Never in human history have we been soconnected through technology, and yet so many people have never felt more emotionally alone. We carry devices that can reach someone on the other side ofthe planet in seconds, yet many of us struggle to have an honest conversation with the person sitting across the dinner table. Somewhere along the way, we began confusing communication with connection. They're not the same. You can exchange hundredsof messages every day and still feel profoundly isolated. You can have thousands of followers and still wonder whether anyone truly knows you. You canattend crowded events, work in busy offices, and come home each night carrying a loneliness that words can barely describe.

Truth & Freedom Podcast: S 9 Ep 3- Why We Keep Repeating the Same Relationship Patterns

Have you all ever noticed that although the faces change, the story often stays the same? Different partner. Different friend. Different employer. Different city. Yet somehow, the same disappointments continue to appear. You tell yourself, "I keep attracting the wrong people." "I always end up being taken for granted." "I don't know why every relationship ends the sameway." At first glance, it seems like bad luck. But what if it isn't? What if the common denominator isn't the people you've met... but the invisible patterns you've carried into everyrelationship? That's a difficult thought to accept because none of uslikes to believe we participate in our own suffering. It's much easier to believe life simply happens to us. But psychology teaches us something both unsettling andliberating. Until we become aware of our unconscious patterns, we mistake them for destiny.

Truth & Freedom Podcast: S 9 Ep 2- Who Are You Without Everyone Else's Expectations?

I'd like to begin with a question that may feel surprisingly difficult to answer. Who are you... when no one is watching? Not your profession. Not your title. Not your education. Not your income. Not your relationship status. Not your social media profile. Not the version of yourself you've carefully presentedto the world. I'm asking something much deeper. If every label disappeared tomorrow, who would remain? Most of us spend our entire lives trying to answer thequestion, "What do other people expect from me?" Yet very few of us stop long enough to ask, "What do I actually want?" That distinction changes everything. From the day we're born, expectations begin to shape us. Our parents have dreams for us. Teachers tell us what success should look like.
