Turn Someday Into Today
What if burnout isn't random? What if it actually needs specific conditions to survive — isolation, hustle, comparison, performing for acceptance — and the moment those conditions change, burnout loses its grip? In Part 4 of our series "Burnout Proof," Pastor Garrett picks up in Exodus 12 as Israel sits nine plagues deep into their fight for freedom — still stuck, still burnt out, still tempted to just accept it and give up hope. But right before God delivers them, He does something unexpected. He doesn't change their location first. He changes their calendar. Then He gives them one job: gather together, and put the sacrificial lamb in the center of the gathering. There's a reason for both. Your calendar reveals what you actually worship. And what you put at the center of your community becomes what you become. Isolation is one of the first signs of burnout — and gathering around something bigger than yourself is one of the fastest ways out of it. If you've tried everything to break free from burnout and nothing has fully worked, this message is for you.
