Systems should create freedom - NOT make you feel or sound robotic. Last week, we created our very own Content Library with images, videos, and inspiration, and bucketed them into our communication pillars. What Batch Creating Looks like the Just Imagine Marketing Way: * Breaking out your marketing work into 60 minutes a week this works for messaging within Social Media, Newsletter, Automated emails and more. * Grab the timer and your favorite drink - leave the phone in the other room. * 20-minutes Captions ONLY- Draft as many as you can based on the prompts and n * 20-minutes Visuals (photos, graphics, videos etc.) Create in Canva your templates, saving brand colors and fonts, and work within a document for the month, creating your visuals pulling from your library of images and videos. * 20-minutes Scheduling. Within whatever your favorite scheduling system is Meta has one for Facebook and Instagram easily linked. Schedule away. A TRUE Set it and Forget it Method. Important to pause and recognize that most people feel like Captions are HARD. Here is what will take away the weight of creating captions: * Stop TRYING to sound so professional. You are a Professional - they want to hear from YOU. * Stuck in the overthinking and editing - suck time away from us the timer and goal to write 5-7 captions each time - moves this away. Have to work this muscle of confidence by just leaning it and doing it a little scared and overthinking. * Most people will edit their personality out of the caption. But people choose to work with people they like - they need a chance to hear from and get to know you. Your voice consistently builds trust and connection. Write like talk ... simply said.
