Advancement vs. Safe Mode | It All Starts in Private!

We are created for advancement, which is only possible when you know who you are in Christ and are led by His Spirit instead of playing it safe. If you haven't developed ears to hear His voice, it can be easier to fall back on religion, tradition, and inauthentically checking boxes. The person you are in the dark, when no one sees, is what will inevitably come out into public view. If we would just focus on who we are in private, we wouldn't need to worry about our public image, because it is simply an overflow of what happens in the dark.

Formula Led vs. Love Led

To come across as real, genuine and authentic, we must be living out of faith and love and from the heart. That requires the leading of the Holy Spirit vs. operating by calculated formulas or traditions that don't allow room for being led, and don't really see individual people through eyes of love.
