One is in custody. An ICE agent accused in a nonfatal north Minneapolis shooting was arrested in Texas. He is accused of firing a bullet into a North Minneapolis home with children inside back in January. That bullet hit a man in the leg. Plus, the search continues today in Burnsville for a missing man. 53-year-old John Kapaun has been missing since Tuesday afternoon. We spoke with his daughter, Alyssa.
