In this interview, David talks about some of the major impacts he gained from taking A.C.E. including but not limited to: * Understanding the importance of coordination, communication, and alignment between all parts of the organization (e.g., Integrated Solutions, Parts, and Service) * Learning how to "know your customer" at a deeper level to better predict their needs and service * Providing the best customer experience given the competing demands his team faces servicing customers
