I have adenmoyosis - the spiritual and emotional causes of inflammation

I recently received a diagnosis of adenomyosis (maybe) and it has been such a wake up call for me to heal. My body is talking to me. Too much stress and chronic nervous system dysregulation over the years has sent my body into inflammation station.
