Faiza is a licensed clinical therapist, nervous system + somatic practitioner and holistic coach. She is the visionary behind Sage & Serenity, where she passionately serves adults, teens, families, and couples.
With a rich background in the mental health field, Faiza’s transformative journey led her to embrace holistic practices, integrating mind, body, and soul.
